Returns within 14 days

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

I must be informed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by you (if you are a consumer within the meaning of the KschG-Konsumentenschutzgesetz, Austrian Law) in writing (letter or email).

You do not have to give any reasons for the return. The withdrawal notice must be sent within the 14 days. You can copy and fill out the following withdrawal form:

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of goods that have been manufactured at the consumer's own request, according to the consumer's own exact specifications or have been personalized in some way.

Refund

I am obligated to refund all payments I have received from you including shipping costs (applies to the standard shipping method offered by me, the surcharge for other shipping methods based on your own request will not be refunded). And that within 14 days from the day I received your cancellation notice and the goods have been returned. You will receive the money via the payment method you chose during the purchase transaction.

I do not charge any fees for the repayment.

I can withhold the repayment until I have received the goods back or you have provided me with a proof of the return.

The goods must be returned to me at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of your revocation.

Return costs

The return is at your own expense. The goods must be in unused, undamaged condition and properly packed. The cost of any loss in value caused by unsuitable use or damage to the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product (size or color), you can do this within the 14 days. The rules of the returns mentioned above apply also in this case.

I will send you the new size and cover the shipping costs (my warehouse —> your address) of the first exchange.

In case you wish another exchange of the same good after you have received the new size or color, all costs will be covered by you.
